Ultimate 6-in-1 Retro Game Multicart

This bug is not so critical unless you know how to do it every time
In the balloon game which I think uses counter I managed to make it stop at the smallest size for ever
The problem is the counter and I can explain it if you want, fix it with extra check

My time on the scoreboard is correct (I have video proof), but the end screen showed a different time (check photo and timestamp).

By the way, is the scoreboard bugged? It's not posting any scores, even though I see a pretty recent one.
