They're basically just worse versions of stress and confusion, and just like with stress, things can get pretty rough if despair and depression reach 50%+

On top of that I said below, Dr. K's knowledge has surpassed 50%, meaning his moves from now on will be extremely smart and seemingly flawless unless confusion kicks in.

Fun fact:
Confusion is a counter to knowledge and it's polar opposite in effects, it hinders your thinking and increases negative stats.
Abbie is confused rn, so we have to rely on Dr. K for strategy.
