Frostbite Peaks

After burning through the third set of blocks, dying by the horned enemy up next causes you to respawn at that same exact spot and die repeatedly.

After getting the first star, if you hold left you'll fall straight through a wooden platform. However, when you hit the ground under the wood platform you disappear, then respawn. I think the ground is just low enough that you die right before hitting it.

After collecting the second star, if you jump (and/or fall?) to the next wooden platform on the right, you'll fall through it, sometimes even fall through the whole level.
