Optimized Puppet (11 Joints Only!)

A basic puppet with 7 less joints, both by simplifying arms and legs & unifying rarely used/unused body parts such as toes or neck. Useful in physics / raycasts heavy levels. Includes Action Recorder running anims since Procedural ones won't work properly
