Say, have you heard of VYZpaint ?
I'ts a Technique that lets you make bendy Sculptures
I generally like to use it for Tails, but i could imagine that it might also work for Dresses and Stuff

i'm aware she also a red Gala Dress, i didn't include it on this model due to the highheel she wore with that dress.
i tried to make a logic of her height and feet switched to a highheel shoes but failed! as she start to run in a funny way.
