After the first playthrough of your dream and you get a time. Back out and then click back on your dream and the scoreboard will be there. Then you can click scoreboard and go customise the scoreboard to be Time and Lowest is best

Only Dreams can have scoreboards. Click Start fresh, then scroll all the way to the right and select Dream. Then in your new dream search for your game and add it to the dream. Then save that online. Then the scoreboard will pop up after your first play.
