I don't know if you're still active but I just wanted to say that I love how you told each story. It was all very different, unique but most important of all - very well written stories. I really hope you can continue to do more, if not here, out there.

I like your low-rez retro style. Ever heard of the Haunted PS1 Community and their yearly "demodisc" collections of indie horror games in retro fashion?

So much talent. Just played Ether and I love how unique it is. Reminds me of games like "Critters for Sale" and "Hylics" with the way its written. Don't even get me started on that beautiful color palette in Ether.

So, what do you think? Is it too serious of a subject matter?

I'm basically imagining a sort of Shadowrun "magic returns to our world" situation but Lovecraftian. Maybe with the politics of a space opera and how the existence of alien civilizations and magic affect society.

Furthermore, the reveal of the existence of magic, alien gods, and other races would rock society. Historians and holy men, scientists and sceptics, everyone would have to relearn everything.

In America, Native Americans might be willing to urge for a peace deal which sees Innsmouth rebuilt as a reservation/cultural exchange site. I can imagine that the Bible Belt would be calling for war, or alternatively criticizing the "liberal north"-

Israel would be more complicated. Ancient Israelis warred with Dagon's human worshippers, but after the events of the shoah, would probably be sympathetic with the Deep Ones of Yha'Nthlei. Plus, an alliance against the tyranny of Iran is tempting.

I can't imagine the Catholic Church would be as openly violent towards the Deep Ones, as they still get flak for colluding with the Germans in WW2. They may publically denounce their Demi-God leaders and urge Deep Ones to accept Baptism.

In particular, Iran and other theocracies could declare a genocidal racewide fatwa on the Deep Ones, as their very existence and use of magic, along with worship of "false gods", would disprove the Caliphate's belief system.
