Crowbar/Axe Takedown (Short Animation)

For no reference, it's really good!
I've been kinda struggling with that on my current project, it's hard to come up with unique animations for each death.

how do u make weapons actually "stick" to other stuff in animations like stabbing? is there like a technique or just really good animating?
