What am i supposed to do? Animate or voice act?

Hey is it ok if i make the animation of my character while someone else does the ai?
I am really bad with logic.

uhg im goona need help with leads logic. I have zero idea what im doing.

What else is needed?
(i can not do logic unless it was mine or i wached it get created over time. So mainly lighting, structure, sound, game design,)
