The trophy room

Will every stuffed dino trophy have lore, including the Pterodactyl skeleton and sea scorpion? I saw that the shotgun ammo had a pterodactyl on it.

Will the Sea Scorpion appear as one-hit killed trash mobs in areas with swampy, knee high water? I remember there were also prehistoric salamanders, fat and almost crocodilian in their shape, as big as hippos.
