Twisted Metal: Black Middle Cutscene 0.1

I had to leave off on what I was doing. Got burnt out trying to make a freaking ramp. :/ I at least corrected what I wanted to. The level is a bit a mess at the moment, but it can be fixed later.

For this cut scene, the scale doesn't matter. For any level remakes, I know how to rip levels from the actual game. I'm using Yellow Jacket as means of measuring the levels. Get as accurate as possible.

I changed the sky and a few other things.
