This would look alot better if the movements were snappier, sonic looks like hes trying to swim through tree sap. And you really need to make the posing more dynamic, it feels super stiff

Your animation is really solid, i'd say add more detail like adding more frames and a little bounciness

I think it's really good (especially considering u haven't practiced)
But I think the quill animation looks weird on the right animation
Only other things are to use action recorder (im guessing u did) and maybe make your animations a lil more fluid
