Flamingo keys (WIP)

Added a somewhat story so a hurricane blew through the area recently and cut off the available road back to mainland Florida called the overseas highway so citizens of the keys are forced to stay on the main islands for a bit

Added a sabal island easter egg

Changed the road color that gives it a better feeling
