Says that I havent unlocked the song prize bubble. But when I play the level all the bubbles are clowdy (allready collected)

I have collected 21, i found out you have to get them back to back, for the 22nd one to show up. I cannot keep playing this song over & over. Can it not show up after a few fails, thank you
