The White Witch (Incomplete)

Nice design! Really love the clothing physics. I never figured how to work with physical paint.

Oh lol -- she's cute! I didn't expect that, based on the intimidating cover image (and description.)
The billowy sleeves are a pretty cool touch! I've never seen a technique quite like that.

Shiny Chariot if her hair was blue.

If anyone got any ideas on how to make rolling sleeves, I'd love to hear it. They look terrible.
