Plane Change Example Tutorial

I was asked how I did the 2D Plane Shift in my Dream 'Rolling to the Kitchen' and so this an example (for atleast 1 person) to remix and learn from.
It's likely not the best, easiest, or most efficient way to do it, but it worked good enough for me.
