The Steam Punk Pipe Kit Cars Rotators are not Localised

The gear elevator rotators are not localized, and so they spin along the wrong axis when playing the scene.

Without the Characters it was a good idea!

The original version I published has a bug that makes the scene end right away. Either make a new remix to get around this, or delete the "DO NOT EDIT" chip in your film. I can replace this later.
