Unfortunately I can't adjust the camera transition speed as far as I know. I'm only using the default camera with a camera pointer to give it a tmb camera feel. As far as I know their isn't way to make it return to it's original position faster.

Your helicopter still needs a little more work on its flight controls, but its definitely coming along. Try just using your right thumbstick for just tilting your copter and using the the left thumbstick up/down for moving forward/back
