You should make tank ai one day

PS5 is amazing. Not limitless, especially in terms of graphics, but absolutely good enough.
Can finally play most community creations too now

I am now on PS5. The amount of physical vehicles that can be active in one scene is amazing. On PS4 it's much, much less.

I will still try to optimize my creations/levels as much as possible, that's a core part of my workflow anyway.

The journey with my PS4 is coming to an end I'm afraid. I tried my best to keep it maintained, but there's only so much you can do. It wasn't me calling it quits, it's the hardware failing.

Found some tank AI and added some enemy tanks to the map. It's really fun!

I'm going to restructure more of my assets soon. Move stuff into collections that are stored in one assets instead of many. That's likely going to free up 30-40 creation slots without getting rid of the assets themselves.

I really wish Dreams wasn't abandoned by Sony. I wish that the PC port was released. This game had so much potential, but Sony, as usual, abandoned it and then claimed it's a dead concept (Like the PS Vita). I'm starting to use Blender and Unity/Unreal.

I cleaned up my PS4, removed a lot of dust and replaced the old and dry thermal paste with new one. Cooling should be better. Here's to a few more yrs of Dreams tanks. xD

I'd like to use community creations more, but a ton of them have very poor documentation. You'll see a microchip with 20 other chips on it, and everything is called 'microchip'. Or they have many sub-groups. :)

Did I leave Dreams? No more tanks? No. Not done yet. I am spending time in other creative outlets at the moment. Dreams is one of many. Using other engines makes me appreciate Dreams more. It's very fun to use, generally stable, not too many bugs.

I want to make a game with your tanks! Can I?

2 new projects now planned/WIP:
T-26 (USSR): Light tank, based on the Vickers 6 ton, many were used in early WW2, many were lost

SU-152 (USSR): SPG based on the KV-1s chassis, has a 152mm gun, was used in Kursk to fight Panthers and Tigers

I'll be deleting some tank sfx assets and reupload them and upload new ones as collections on sound chips. Fewer assets, all in one place.
It's tedious having to reupload the sfx for every tank and redo all the settings. This is going to save a lot of time

Still working on my projects. The remakes I am working on are the final remakes before I can work on the planned levels.

Dreams taught me that optimization is very important. Sad to see it's a foreign concept in many games these days.

I'm gonna work on some british tanks as well. Like the Crusader tank, Churchill tank and Cromwell tank.

StuIG-33b Version 2.0 has been published. New models, logic, sfx and new projectile logic with splash damage and new impact sound logic (Travelling at the speed of sound).

I am back again in Dreams. Currently reworking some of my tanks again haha. I am working on more optimized tank tracks. Great success so far! I've also started work on cold war tanks. Will also work on some gun models again soon. Stay tuned.

My new PS4 controller that I've bought at the start of this year is already causing issues. Having an issue with the button springs, again. Sony controllers are one of the worst products 🙁
