Plus, it's always nice to revisit how the Pokemon anime originally was back in the late 1990's and early 2000's. Maybe you could have references to cut Pokemon Gorochu, or to missingno? Would be cool. Or, remember the Demon Groudon from Jirachi Wishmaker?

A good idea for your Jokemon game would be to rewatch the first 2 seasons of Pokemon anime, Kanto and Orange Islands. Would be good for sources of parody. Like the Bug Forest Samurai, or the locations like the tentacool-invaded seaside resort.
