[SDK2] Score-UP Monitor

    This was a monitor I was actually thinking about adding into the "Special Monitor", but decided not to. I thought to myself, "Monitors already give 100 Score when you break them open. Do I need a Score Monitor?" So, props to making a scrapped monitor!
