Input Greater than All other inputs (10 Inputs)

I've published a couple of versions of this that cost less thermo: find the maximum (including ties), and find the value greater than all others (excluding ties). An interesting challenge. 😁

Thanks for the mention raybeano99! :) We can get the lowest value too with a similar logic.
