Tweaked design and overhauled anims

I redesigned pro noobzy slightly because he felt Lackluster before and his Color pallet felt slightly inconsistent
Btw fun fact hes in my top 5 fav Noobzy skins

Very good idle bro but for me it seems too statue so maybe add slightly more breathing movement to the body.

May i do some animation?
