How about a Pefection Mushroom, that turns you into the best version of yourself?
For example if Mario ate it, It would turn him into Wario. and if Luigi ate it, It would turn him into Wario. And if Peach ate it, It would turn her into Wario 🤔

How about Blooper Mushroom or Pokey Flower? (Both based on Blooper and Pokey enemies).

Heres an idea- Throwback (or Pixel) Mushroom. Turns Mario into 8 -Bit Mario (or Donkey Kong Arcade Game Mario), and gets a hammer you can squash things with. What do you think?

Maid Mario sounds weird, maid Peach doesn't but I would say waiter Mario. For the teacup mushroom by the way.

Rock Mario, but like Metal Mario works, his moviments are slower, his ground pound is faster and stronger ( and he turns to a sculpted object like Rock Kirby), his side attacks is Punches, turning his hands bigger, if you want to modify something, go on!
