Logic - Vector Target Lead Cube Tracked

Works perfectly in 0-Gravity, just delete the gravity gadgets inside chip.
It only accounts for how much to arch the projectile. So it works perfectly for a stationary target. But the longer arching path needs further math since it takes longer time to hit
