Intelligent Follower Kit

Hello, I am trying to implement this in my game Mr Burglar WIP but my current follow speeds up as the chaser gets closer so that he has a good chance of catching the player, how woudl i tweak this to do the same?

Thanks for this and the YT vids. After a few tweaks I have an intelligent pursuer for my game!
