Minimum of Inputs (Scaleable)

Outputs the lowest of all its inputs. Considers negative signals and zero. Currently 5 inputs but designed to be scaleable - copy input node and accompanying chip, wire its 3 outputs to central 3 chips (check my example in the genealogy)
