    I could imagine a game taking place on jungle islands, pirate ships, and docks while using vomit as a weapon and beer as health. Maybe some sort of comedic tribute parody to Monkey Island and Pirates of the Carribbean.

    This guy reminds me of the game Monkey Island, and a bit of the perpetually drunk Demoman from Team Fortress 2.
