Catch the Dot (Fishing?) Logic

This includes basic UI elements, AI logic and gameplay logic that allows a player to catch a randomly moving dot!
Quite close to the fishing mechanic in stardew valley, and with the right tweaks it has potential for a whole host of gameplay scenarios.
