i'm tryna finish this before reaching lvl 666 because obviously i'm gonna do something for that related to the IS lol and Ipos will probably be in it

i don't know how helpful this is but a good way i can describe this character is that that they look like someone who would act incredibly obnoxious and pretentious but they're actually just a flamboyant guy who doesn't understand social norms

could also just have him... not wear sleeves lol
