Simple Health Bar (Lower right)

Part of my upcoming 'Simple logic for stupidish people' collection. This is a re-design of existing logic. Made it look prettier n' stuff. Just wire up the two nodes on the far left of the chip to your puppets health and you have yourself a health bar!
