PS4 RLoD Beep Beep Beep!

When you exit the creation and it still beeps

The PS4 was not turned off properly.
Before unplugging the AC power cord, select [Power], [Turn Off PS4].
If you unplug the AC power cord while the PS4 is lit or blinking, data loss, corruption or damage might occur.

Sometimes, I hear these beeps when DreamSurfing in Dreams. And when I hear those beeps, my PS4 just turns off. But there was no RLoD, just those 3 beeps.
