I made a Niko that's pretty good so i could help

Solution:
1. Group the hat and ears together and scope into the head with them selected.
2. Do the same with its hair and make sure not to miss the tiny strands.
Do that and you should be set

Took a quick peek into it and got the issue fixed in less than a minute. The hat, ears and hair aren't set as children of the head; resulting in all of them colliding with each other.
