In case you don't already, instead of moving the parts with r2, rotate them with L2 while you are animating . Also the last keyframe has to be the first keyframe duplicated

The problem is certainly in the fourth keyframe, the are some lines (with the yellow sphere) of the recording a bit far from the character but i didn't understand why. You should do it again.
