VR Tools - Interactive chalk & eraser

Grab a chalk and use it to write on a board unefficiently! Use an eraser to... erase, you'll have to wipe a few times. This uses the grab and teleport logic from my other creation for the ability to dual-wield! Grab using X on primary or O on secondary.
