Street Saints Engine

Street saints 3 engine?

I have a question that has me concerned about the difficulty of creating a street saints game using that very engine: how do you make a cutscene using the street saints engine like you did with the other street saints games?

This is really solid work. Ive been locked in for hours. Not sure if im just blind. I couldnt find the logic to adjust the radio.
