What does it mean on level 3 green cameras can be turnd off by presing the buttons on right order

Hey everyone i just found out that i cant use gangstas paradise as background Song on this game and had hard Time to find anything to replace it. If anyone can Make Song or know good one that Match on prison/criminal theme please let me know. Thanks
