I respect the effort to create a strategy build-up game, couldn't image how to balance the items and make it accessible. Seems to be a good start though.
May be good idea to display the unavailable building options in grey when howering over building?

I pressed every button. Couldn't do anything. Nobody is on the scoreboard because nobody knows how to score. It looks nice though.
