Nice refinements! I really like the updated lean controls -- much better.
The health bar and medkits are a really cool addition, imo. The only thing you might want to keep in mind is they feel a little out of place in an immersive/realistic game, but...

This is pretty cool! A bit janky, but I'm sure that'll get smoothed out with further updates 👍
A few questionable design choices -- to lean left, and to lean right...that doesn't feel natural.
And the delayed throw + long fuse...
