I really think adding metallic sfx as you walk would increase the immersion.

Great scenery. It reminded me of Doom 3 or Escape from Butcher Bay.

Looks great and it's nice to see animations even if they could do with some tweaking.
The level is clearly about the atmosphere and visuals but would you be opposed to adding some voice over during the down points? Just a thought.

Awesome work. Really appreciate the invert camera option. Just one small glitch, on ladders the camera goes back to normal temporarily.
