Sonic adventure 3 demo 1.01 new act

Biggest problem is the dash just needs some polish as it seems random whether i would fly at mach 5 or not move. I am mostly overlooking level design, since improving that is more complicated. Some easier fixes like adding an animation on checkpoints.
