    Thanks to several people's feedback I've more clearly signalled the intention of the start of the fight (to freely experiment with no consequences) and made both players actually invincible.

    I just added the ability to make your own custom platform configurations, pretty nifty. Just click on the big button on the stage till you get to the custom stage setting and click the plus button to add platforms.

    Ok big update. I overhauled the animation system and it rocks! Best of all it's expandable for adding new attacks. It feels like it's in a really good place mechanically now finally, thanks everyone for inspiring me to continually improve this project.

    At first i just wanted to see if i could make something smash-like, but I've had so much fun creating I want to develop this into a modular, expandable, remixable starter kit to make your own platform fighter.

    This is great ! Im making a game similar to this and i wanted to know how does the knockback system work and how would you change it to accommodate more players. Ive been struggling with it on my game quite a bit

    Also its nice to see this progress and be a help, i tried to do a fighting game like this in LBP3 but that game is just really glitchy and dead. I kinda want to try again in dreams but i felt like i just dont get the hang of the controls and stuff.

    I still don't understand how u made that when you get hit, you fly back further n' further. I see that "Dmg1 or 2" increases, but how did you make it so that they go flying backwards more and more?

    If anyone understands how to get the physics more consistent I'd appreciate the help. It seems to want to transfer jump momentum into the force of a hit somewhat erratically, causing a low percentage K.O. Any suggestions?
