I'm pretty sure as long as you don't make any money off of it and it doesn't serve as a replacement to DBD you should be perfectly fine.

He really posted the actual game, like we would not notice.

Is this only the main menu for now, or is there playable content? I tried all the buttons on the menu and they don't seem to do anything, but I wanted to double check : )
(I've never played the official game, fyi!)
