Im stuck at the janitor key part I open all cabnets and got 2 shotgun ammos and medkit

I mean the game Mode big World

Hey where's the closet if there supposed because i get every door open besides red and power one. The only way out I find is that stupid ladder one nothing. Plus I did find all the 10 cupcakes. Im just really wondering where the hell is the good ending.
