Star wars. Attack on Coroscant

I can't shoot, besides that everything is fine

the cemra is so fast i Can't hit any one

Aiming/shooting is off. The primary fires left of center. Hit detection is inconsistent. The secondary doesn't deal damage. I can't find any consistent way to reload.
