A few thoughts:
1) This is very promising!
2) Many, many players will inevitably find the realistic lighting...problematic. You may want to compromise a bit so people can navigate with more ease.
3) I kept getting confused about which buttons do what.

I dont know what you are supposed to do. There are no doors to leave the hold. All I seem to be able to do is open the truck doors.
