Very cool, nice and atmospheric. I guess you've updated this?
The footsteps seem to only work if you're pushing full on the stick.
Probably worth saying R3 is toggle the light, as batteries are a mechanic.

A few more thoughts:
I'd love an official scoreboard for competitive purposes.
The bolt compass is an insanely powerful tool that only costs 5 bolts.
The flashlight felt a bit superfluous to me. Batteries were never a priority at all, really.
