HELL'S DUNGEON | FULL GAME

Aren't the curses supposed to go away after a run?
I have only beaten the first boss, 3 times, and now permanently have 3 curses with (seemingly) no way to get rid of them...

Does it only check what ps am I using on start screen? Cos after I got back to the game the attack animation definitely slowed down. Or maybe it's because of the ignore frame rate thing? You can fix it or leave us ps4 scrubs to suffer.
