The Games Room

I can only hope the awfulness of the 20's ends soon, and a new age of prosperity like the 90's returns, but I won't hold my breath. You can almost taste the tension in the air, like something's gonna snap.

I miss the 90's, it was a relatively peaceful time in the world. Post first Cold War and pre-Terrorism wars. Then 9/11 happened, and everything slowly but surely went downhill. It was ok in the 00's at home, the early 10's were meh. Late 10's sucked.

Although I didn't live in a city, the room reminds me of my childhood. I was born in 1994, so I experienced the 90s at the end of it and also the 2000's as a kid. Somewhere around the 2010's pop culture started to turn to garbage for the most part.
