Pretty Good and i know its in beta and this holds a lot of potential but there are some features you should add to improve the overall experience, one thing i noticed was that there was no sprint button... ETC.

I'm VERY impressed you managed to fit so much detail into a single dream, the open world looks fantastic! Some issues with the procedurally generated traffic though, most times looks empty and often when it does appear it creates some hilarious glitches!
